Daniel emigrated from England in 1989, and went on to study Zoology at the University of Guelph. Daniel's studies in sciences and environmental issues lead to considerations about our place in the built and unbuilt environment, and he became interested in questions regarding the intersection between architecture, interiors, and landscape. He went on to study at the Ontario College of Art and Design, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Design.

Daniel continues to be involved at OCAD, tutoring students on building technology and is currently teaching at Ryerson University. To feed his design imagination, Daniel enthusiastically absorbs new places and spaces. Travel is an important component in both his professional and private life. Conversely, he can just as often be found marvelling at something new, discovered underfoot. Daniel has an affinity for farmer's markets and English footwear.

Gary graduated from University of Toronto in 1989 with a Bachelor of Commerce and English Major. He has spent his career applying sound financial and project management techniques to the business of architecture and design. This has included consulting and managerial positions for a wide array of design firms in Toronto.

Gary serves on the committee that organizes Toronto Canstruction. Each year teams of architects, engineers and designers build structures out of canned food. The entries are judged, put on display to the public for two weeks, and then disassembled, with the proceeds donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank. Gary also serves as a guest lecturer at the Ontario College of Art and Design and this year began teaching at Ryerson University. He hopes someday they will let him teach indoors.

Jeremy was born and raised in Toronto. He studied architectural technology at George Brown College and interior design at Ryerson University, where he received his Bachelor of Interior Design.

Jeremy’s interests include: documentaries, indie, electro, camping, dodgeball, print making, graphic novels, yoga, graphic design, guerrilla art, green carpentry, FSC, environmental activism, permaculture, natural building, environmental philosophy, co-housing, intentional communities and meditation. Jeremy wishes he could speak with plants and animals.

We’re looking to add another designer to our small-but-growing team. This person will be involved in all stages of design: We want someone who is invested in the conceptual development of a project, but who also understands the crucial role of construction documents to the process. Strong communication skills, and a university degree/college diploma are also required.
